Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is the clinical practice of measuring drugs at designated intervals to maintain target blood concentrations and optimizing individual dosage regimens. Increasing evidence confirms that optimal drug exposure is critical in preventing and treating invasive fungal infections.
